Julian Reed

Julian leads the advisory practice and works with owners on forecasts, pricing and exits.
Julian joined Eleanor in 2013 to build the advisory side of the firm. He works with founders and owners on the questions that sit above the books: when to hire, how to price, and what the business is worth.
He has guided more than forty owners through a sale or recapitalization, and he would rather tell a client to wait a year than sell too early.
Outside the office
Julian restores old road bikes and has opinions about steel frames that he will share if asked.
